ABOUT OUr tRAINING
At Hoosier Elite, we believe elite volleyball performance starts with elite athletic development. That’s why every team in our club receives weekly, volleyball-specific performance training designed to build explosive power, speed, agility, and durability—all essential for success on the court.
Led by experienced sports performance coaches, each team trains in person once per week for 30 minutes. These high-impact sessions are built around the demands of the game and are grounded in proven training methods to maximize performance and minimize injury risk.
