Training Overview
-
Our training methods have had lots of success from taking the slowest athlete on the youth team to the middle of the pack to training top HS sprinters, to working with pro athletes highlighted by a 4.19 40 from Wendall Williams and current Colt Kenny Moore in preparation for the NFL Draft. Brian also had the opportunity of training the 3rd all time leading rusher in the NFL, Frank Gore, during his time here in Indy with the Colts.
Speed training is a vital component of sports performance, focusing on enhancing an athlete’s ability to move quickly and efficiently. It involves a combination of exercises that improve acceleration, maximum velocity, and agility. Techniques include sprint drills, plyometrics, resistance training, and sport-specific movements. Effective speed training not only boosts an athlete’s overall speed but also enhances neuromuscular coordination, reaction time, and explosive power. Incorporating these elements into a well-rounded training regimen can significantly elevate an athlete’s performance, allowing them to excel in their sport.

Vertical jump training is designed to improve an athlete’s ability to leap higher and be more explosively. This type of training is more thought of for sports like basketball and volleyball but is also crucial for all sports.
Improving your vertical jump can enhance overall athleticism, making you faster, more agile, and more explosive. Whether you’re trying to dunk a basketball, spike a volleyball, or improve your performance in any sport that requires quick, powerful movements, vertical jump training is an essential component of your fitness regimen.
By incorporating strength training, plyometrics, core stability, flexibility, and proper technique into your workouts, you can unlock your full jumping potential and gain a competitive edge in your sport.
