Samantha McArver has 10 years of coaching experience. She has a passion and proven track record for developing each individual player and the team as a whole.

Samantha was the freshman coach at Westfield High School and was eventually named the head JV coach. She is deeply blessed to be mentored by Emily Jackson, whose wisdom and compassion continue to leave a lasting mark on every part of the athlete that matters—the heart, the mind, and the soul—not just the performance. Emily continues to show her how to carry the culture of a program with pride, and how to walk through life’s hardest trials with integrity, strength, and grace.

Samantha is now the current JV coach at Guerin Catholic High School and is the director of Hoosier Elite Volleyball Club.

Samantha has been married for 14 years, has 4 children, and enjoys family vacations, reading, and of course, playing volleyball.

Samantha will be leading our 14-1s team this season. Her experience, leadership, and deep investment in athlete development continue to shape the way we train, compete, and grow as a club.
