Megan is entering her 10th year of coaching and 1st with Hoosier Elite. Prior to Hoosier Elite, she spent 8 seasons with Ignite-Elite Volleyball and 1 season with The Academy Volleyball Club. Megan is USA Volleyball IMPACT certified. She loves to see the young players master a new skill and realize the feelings of accomplishment.  Megan’s philosophy is “Never Quit”.

Prior to starting her coaching career, Megan earned a volleyball scholarship to Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk North Carolina, where she was a four-year starter at outside hitter.  While at Lees-McRae, Megan’s teams played in three NCAA Div 2 national championship tournaments.  She also earned multiple Conference Carolinas awards  and is the current career kills record holder at Lees-McRae College.
