Originally from California, Jared Barrera grew up playing volleyball through high school and continued at the college club level. He’s played multiple positions—including libero, setter, and serving specialist—which has helped shape his all-around understanding of the game.

Now living in Indianapolis, Jared has enjoyed connecting with the local volleyball scene and the competitive community around it. In his free time, you can still find him on the court—especially for a good, intense pepper session with friends.

We’re excited to have Jared bring his passion and perspective to the coaching staff this season.
