Juli is entering her 14th year of coaching and has experience working with athletes at the middle school, high school, and club levels. She began coaching right after high school and has led teams across a wide range of age groups.

She spent a season coaching in the Westfield High School program as the assistant freshman coach and is now part of the coaching staff at Guerin Catholic High School. This will be her fourth season coaching club. In addition to her coaching role, Juli also supports Hoosier Elite behind the scenes with marketing and social media.

As a student of the game, she regularly attends coaching clinics and stays up to date on the latest strategies and training methods. Her coaching philosophy centers on building confident athletes through strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and a competitive gym culture where players are challenged to grow.”*
